E-SHOP
Freja & amp; Elton OY (204169-1) is a Finnish online store that sells high-quality, safe and Finnish-made children's products online.
In the EU, prices include 24% VAT.

ORDERING
Products are generally ordered via the Internet at www.frejaelton.com Orders are confirmed by e-mail, which states the order details: order production time, price, delivery costs and ordered products. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise in it.

PAYMENT
Products and their postage are paid when ordering. In the online store
payment service providers include Klarna and Paytrail. Payment buttons, MobilePay, credit card, invoice, Installment and Paypal are available through Paytrail in all Finnish online banks.

METHOD AND COSTS OF DELIVERY
Mail delivery.
The products will be delivered by post to the nearest post office or home, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer. You will see the delivery costs of your order when you choose the payment and delivery method when you purchase. We deliver orders by registered (eg parcels) or unregistered delivery, from which registered shipments can be tracked with a shipment ID.

DELIVERY TIME
Once the product is in stock, the order will be sent to us within five working days of the registration of the payment transaction. In order products, the delivery time is stated in connection with the product, usually 1-2 weeks. The delivery time for a letter to Finland is about 4 working days and for parcels 1–3 working days. Any exceptions to delivery times will be announced separately.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return your online store order either in full or in part within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and completely new equivalent marketable products. Please always notify us in advance of the order return, for example by e-mail: info@frejaelton.com

When returning a delivered order, include your order number and contact information.
Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer. In connection with the exchange, we will send the new product to the customer free of charge.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. Refunds are free of charge. If you wish to return the product, please contact us at info@frejaelton.com and you will receive more detailed instructions for return (mail return ID). When returning a delivered order, include your customer number / name and contact information.

PROBLEM SITUATIONS
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify Freja & Elton Oy of the error by e-mail within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately. If, in the event of a complaint, the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must contact the local register offices
consumer advice (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). These delivery terms are governed by Finnish law and disputes concerning them are primarily resolved in the Helsinki District Court. Consumer customers also have the opportunity to sue in the district court of their domicile.
